Your GFWC Miami Springs Woman's Club sponsored the Miami Springs Montessori School: St. Jude Trike-A-Thon. The St. Jude Trike-A-Thon is a fun service-learning program for young children that teaches trike and riding toy safety while helping the children of St. Jude.
Fifty-nine students were sponsored by a different woman's club member, and the best news is that "we increased our collective impact by over $800 from last year - to a grand total of $4,095", Alyssa Cundari Roelans. MS Montessori is still collecting donations, and the total sum is TBA.
"St. Jude Children's Hospital is a very special place. So happy we could make a difference," said Joy Noonan.
