EXHIBIT SPACE PREFERENCES

The Health & Wellness Community Fair will feature both indoor and outdoor exhibits at the GFWC Miami Springs Woman's Club. Space is limted to: 20 indoor spaces and 30 outdoor spaces are available. Indoor spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to committee review and confirmation.

Indoor Space Preferred (6-ft or 8-ft table and chairs provided)

Outdoor Space Preferred (organization provides its own 10' × 10' tent. We will provide 6 or 8-ft table and chairs)

PARTICIPATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I understand this is a FREE community event; sales and payment solicitation are prohibited. Our organization is responsible for its exhibit setup, breakdown, staffing and including an outdoor tent (if applicable). Electricity is not guaranteed. Participation and location are subject to committee approval.
